 The Utility Sales Department of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., (AECI), provides electrical equipment and other material for electric distribution and transmission systems. It offers a complete line of electrical equipment, including wood products, pole-line hardware, overhead and underground conductors, as well as pole-mount and pad-mount transformers.
"Service is our top priority," says Pat McClafferty, AECI's vice president of utility sales and services. He adds that the department's warehouse maintains a $16.5 million dollar inventory to ensure it can serve its customers quickly. AECI also has professional truck drivers who operate a state-of-the-art fleet of vehicles to deliver material directly to customers. With the trucking fleet and extensive inventory, AECI is especially prepared to serve its customers during emergencies.
